Refund policy

In case you have received any damaged product or wrong product, we will provide free of cost exchange and returns.
Products bought from the ‘Clearance Sale’ section are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

The products bought on ‘Sale’ can be exchanged for an alternate size, style or for ‘Store Credit’ and reverse pickup shipping is charged.

A credit note equivalent to the return product cost is provided for returns.

In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to report it within72 hours of delivery. Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.

In the case of returns and exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for prepaid orders will be issued with a credit note.

We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.

Return Process: In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can press on the RETURN tab on the main menu or you can find the link here - returns.safyr.in.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a SAFYR Credit Note: 

• SAFYR Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
• On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
• The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
• The validity of the credit note is 4 months.
• Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.
